Carlton Banks's moves got ripped (allegedly) and turned into popular video game features
As Carlton Banks in The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air, Alfonso Ribeiro became known for his unique dance moves.

And it seems the actor, who played Will Smith's cousin in the 1990s US sitcom, wants it to stay that way.

The 47-year-old is accusing the makers of computer games Fortnite and NBA 2K of ripping off the much loved Carlton dance he popularised in the show.

He alleges that Fortnite creator Epic Games and 2K creator Take-Two Interactive used the dance without his permission or credit, in separate lawsuits filed on Monday.

Legal papers lodged at the US District Court in central California say the companies unfairly profited from the star's "creative expression, likeness and celebrity".
