JHANG: District Education Authority Administrator/Deputy Commissioner Shaukat Ali Wednesday constituted a three-member fact-finding body to probe the death of 6th class girl of the Girls Public High School Hawali Bahadur Shah.Tanzella Aslam died on Friday after falling from the upper storey of the school due to unavailability of safety grills. According to a notification issued from the DC office, additional DC (revenue) Wahid Armjumand Zia will be the convener while deputy director-technical Haider Ali, executive engineer highways Azmat Hayat and executive officer education Attaullah will be the members of the body. Reportedly, after the death of the girl, safety grills were installed within 24 hoursThe DC was briefed that Punjab government sanctioned a post of assistant director planning and development in the CEO education office for better coordination in the development projects of the public schools but locally the charge of the technical post handed over to a school teacher.
