OKARA: A case was registered against a doctor on charges of killing a six-year-old boy by administering him a wrong injection. Ghaus Ali, son of Muhammad Awais of Sindhi Mohallah, was brought to the private clinic of Dr Hassan Rashid with stomach pain. The doctor said the patient needed surgery and received Rs27,000 from the father of the boy. The next day, the doctor took the boy to the operation theatre. After sometime the parents of the boy were told that he had died. The doctor left the clinic after the death of the boy. The family members of the boy damaged the hospital property.
