ISLAMABAD: Chief of the Air Staff (CAS) Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan had an important meeting with Prime Minister Imran Khan at the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) here on Thursday.According to an official statement, professional matters and operational preparedness of the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) came under discussion during the meeting. Prime Minister Imran Khan lauded the professionalism of PAF.Meanwhile sources told The News that Air Chief Marshal briefed the prime minister about the bravery, velour and efficiency of the PAF that knocked down the adversary’s force in initial encounters.He told the prime minister that the PAF was fully alert to safeguard the areal frontiers of the country and will live up to the expectations of the nation. Imran eulogised the role of the PAF and its state of preparedness to thwart any aggression, the sources added.
