Sexual misconduct allegations surface against Warner Bros. CEO Kevin Tsujihara

Warner Bros. CEO Kevin Tsujihara is being investigated by WarnerMedia for sexual misconduct allegations that came to surface on Wednesday.According to a report by The Hollywood Reporter the chief of Warner Bros, had been promising roles to actors in exchange for sexual favors as it shared text messages exchanged between him and British actor Charlotte Kirk from 2013.It revealed that the two had met back in 2013 Australian media stalwart James Packer and director-producer Brett Ratner at a time when a $450 million film was getting negotiated with the company. The conversation shared over text between the two showed Tsujihara telling the budding star that he would be introduced to media bigwigs and will also be contemplated for significant roles in films.“u said u would help me and when u just ignore me like you’re doing now it makes me feel used. Are u going to help me like u said u would? [sic]”, read the textSubsequent to the story getting widely circulated, the parent company sprang to action against the chairman, releasing a statement that read: “Whenever we receive new allegations, it is our standard practice to conduct an appropriate investigation. And that is what we will do here.”
