LAHORE: Officials said a westerly wave was affecting western and upper parts of the country. They predicted mainly cold and dry weather was expected in most parts of the country. However, rain-thunderstorm with snowfall over the hills is expected at isolated places in Quetta, Zhob, D.I.Khan, Sahiwal, Faisalabad, Lahore, Kashmir and its adjoining hilly areas.Rainfall was reported in several cities including Islamabad, Golra, ZP, Bokra, Rawalpindi, Khanpur, Malamjabba, Dir, Kakul, Balakot, Saidu Sharif, Chirat, Kalam, Rawalakot, Kotli, Muzaffarabad and Garidupatta while snowfall was reported at Murree, Malamjabba and Kalam.
