SUKKUR: The Pakistan People's Party senior leader, Syed Khursheed Shah, on Saturday criticised the 'double standards' of the National Accountability Bureau.Talking to the media in Sukkur, Shah termed NAB's attempt to arrest the PML-N leader Hamza Shahbaz as illegal terming it a wrong trend to arrest the political leaders on trumped up corruption charges. He questioned if the NAB is an autonomous institution then why is it only arresting leaders of the opposition parties.Criticising the government's economic policies that has increased inflation several fold in the last three months, the PPP leader said the prices of essential commodities have so much increased that they have gone beyond the reach of the common man and the rupee devaluation has taken a nose dive as the 'tabdeeli' has not yet come. Shah said the nation was disappointed with PTI led government whose ministers cannot comprehend the sufferings of the masses and they remain oblivious to the crumbling economy and widespread unemployment. Khursheed Shah also termed the PTI-MQM alliance as two sides of the same coin.
