PAKPATTAN: A 10-year-old boy as kidnapped, tortured, sexually assaulted and murdered the other day. Muhammad Sher Khan of Chak Pikka Sedhar was kidnapped four days ago. The abductors assaulted him sexually, chopped his leg and sexual parts and killed him. They threw the body in a canal.
