Five killed in CNG cylinder blast in Kashmore

SUKKUR: Five people, including three women and a child, were burnt to death and eight others got injured in a CNG cylinder blast in a passenger van near toll plaza, Kashmore, on Tuesday.Reports said a CNG cylinder in a passenger van caught fire and exploded near Kashmore toll plaza that resulted in the death of five passengers, including three females and a minor girl, and eight others sustained injuries.The police and fire brigade reached at the scene and started to rescue the victims of the explosion and shifted them to Kashmore Hospital, where five of them were announced dead. They were identified as Manzoora Chachar, Lal Khatoon Bahlkani, Murada Bahlkani, a three-year old girl Kainaat and a man Hazar Khan Chachar. Meanwhile, the police said the van driver succeeded to flee from the scene.
