ISLAMABAD: Mobile service provider company Ufone moved Islamabad High Court (IHC) against an investigation initiated by National Accountability Bureau (NAB).It was stated in the petition that NAB had started investigation on the issue of LTE licence and leveled charge against the company that it had obtained LET 4-G licence illegally. It said that NAB had summoned company on the issue of licence on May 2. While leveling charge of harassment against NAB it was stated in the petition that the issue is related to PTA, even if any irregularity was found in its issuance. It stated that NAB investigation against the company is illegal.It was pleaded in the petition that NAB should be stopped from harassing the company and notice issued by the Bureau should be declared null and void.
