RAWALPINDI: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC-II) Rawalpindi Judge Salman Baig on Thursday indicted Qasim Muavia, an alleged terrorist involved in the assassination of former Punjab home minister Col (R) Shuja Khanzada.Shuja Khanzada along with 16 others was martyred in a suicide attack at his political office in Shadi Khan near Attock on August 15, 2015. The court has ordered to present evidences against the accused on December 4, 2019.Shuja Khanzada was been holding a meeting with local people when the suicide attack happened.He was trapped with several others under the rubble after the blast brought down the roof of the house.According to police, there were two suicide bombers, one stood outside the boundary wall and the second one went inside and stood in front of the minister.
