Sanjay Dutt took to Twitter to announce that he is taking a break from the films for medical treatment. Now, according to the latest reports, the actor has been diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer. Reportedly, the actor has time to get it cured and he will be leaving for the US to get treated.
