LAHORE: Punjab Governor Chaudhry Mohammad Sarwar has said that the government needs to do extra work for the provision of medical facilities in underdeveloped areas and Pakistan Academy of Family Physicians’ recommendations in this regard will be a valuable asset. He was addressing inaugural ceremony of “29th Family Con International Conference” organised by the Pakistan Academy of Family Physicians (PAFP), here at a local hotel on Saturday. Punjab Health Minister Dr Yasmin Rashid, Minister for Housing Mian Mahmood-ur-Rasheed were the guests of honour, while KEMU Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Khalid Masood Gondal, FJMU Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Aamir Zaman Khan, Prof Dr Aziz-ur-Rehman, Dr. Tariq Mehmood Mian, Dr Saeed Ahmed, Dr Tahir Ch, Dr Abdul Rehman, Dr Naveed Bhatti, Dr Nahid Nadeem and others were present.
