IHC to hear Zardari’s disqualification plea on April 4

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court has set April 4 date for hearing petition seeking disqualification of former President Asif Ali Zardari for not disclosing his assets details.Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Justice Athar Minallah will hear the petition filed by PTI Prime Minister’s Special Assistant Usman Dar.Petition filed by Usman Dar against Asif Ali Zardari states that former president should be disqualified as Member National Assembly under Article 62 (1)(F) as during general election 2018 he didn’t disclose his property in abroad that’s why he is not ‘Sadiq and Amin.Usman Dar has alleged that former President Asif Ali Zardari owns an apartment in Belaire Condominiums located at 524 East 72nd street in New York, which he didn’t disclose in his nomination papers for general election 2018.
