LAHORE: An additional district and sessions court on Wednesday reserved the verdict in a heroin smuggling case against Czech model Tereza Hluskova who was arrested at Lahore airport while allegedly trying to smuggle nine kilogram heroin. The court reserved the verdict after hearing the final arguments of both parties. The decision of the case will be announced onMarch 20. Almost one year back, the 21-year-old Czech model, Tereza Hluskova, was arrested at Lahore airport while allegedly attempting to smuggle the heroin from Lahore to a foreign country.Later, her alleged facilitator namely Tariq was also arrested. According to the facilitator, Tereza was sent to Pakistan by his brother’s friend and it wasn’t the first visit of Tereza. The model in her statement had said that she was in Pakistan for modeling purposes and did not know who placed heroin in her luggage.
